The Candidates qualified as suppliers must notify to Esselunga any changes to the organizational and corporate structure and to the information included in the qualification process to avoid the disqualification as a supplier.

Your application can be submitted after the completion of all mandatory data, acceptance of the information on data processing and acceptance of Code of Ethics, Organization Management and Control Model compliant with the Legislative Decree no 231 of 2001, Sustainability Policy and Suppliers Code of Conduct.
